民進黨主席蔡英文近來密集造訪工商企業界，外界從選戰的角度解讀認為，除了想要一改外界對民進黨是「反商」刻版印象外，也有想要從企業界贏回選票的意圖。

然而，要從企業界贏回選票，不能只靠密集的造訪，而是要有能讓企業界信服的主張。就以她昨日造訪工總為例，開場時她說，如果能夠重返執政，承諾並保證將建立「健康透明的政商關係」，結果，與工總的會談是關起門來談，才剛說的「健康透明的政商關係」呢？

當然，這也可以解釋為，蔡英文說的是「重返執政」後！

還有在兩岸政策上，所有人都知道「九二共識」是核心問題，當工總挑明了問，蔡英文除了強調不會拿兩岸政策操作選舉，就是一再重申「民意」與內部共識，絕口不提九二共識。其實，不承認九二共識，也是一種態度，只不過企業會想要知道是：沒有九二共識的兩岸政策要怎麼走？

而在3個半小時會談裡，蔡英文講的最多的詞彙是「溝通、協調」。然而，調刺的是，8年前民進黨執政時，最為企業所抱怨的，就是「有溝，沒有通」！

如果，蔡英文想要從企業界贏回選票，恐怕得除了讓人覺得她有傾聽、溝通的誠意、有解決問題的意願外，更要讓企業相信她真的有決心也有能力解決問題。
